ANE is ancient Negritoid admixture

I am 100% certain that the following statements are factual and replicable by geneticists and physical anthropologists. I invite anyone who disagrees with me to participate in a bet. If a study verifying my hypothesis is not published, I will pay 1500 USD to all opponents. If my claims are verified by future research, every dissenter must pay me 1500 United States Dollars.

ANE is ancient Negritoid admixture. I can already hear the screaming and the howling from miles away as I utter these words under my breath. I understand this is a big pill to swallow and that some people will even resort to violence against me, themselves or their community when I reveal it. You have to understand that acceptance of reality is a part of the healing process, and that you can never be a real adult without acknowledging reality.

We all know the original ANE people who lived at the time of the paleolithic, in North Eurasia, had ties to Southeast Asia. ANE likely entered North Eurasia from Southeast Asia. This is known from the artistic property of the people who inhabited North Eurasia in the Upper Paleolithic.

Plate with a hole in the centre.

On one side of the plate we can see three snakes. The snake is rare in northern hemisphere Paleolithic art, presumably because the cold conditions precluded a wide distribution of snakes. In addition, it can be seen that the snakes have very broad heads, as though they belong to the Cobra group - yet Cobras are now known only in southern asian localities.

As an example, here is the present distribution of the King Cobra.

http://donsmaps.com/images24/cobradistributionmapsm.jpg

As noted above, the present day distribution of King Cobras is limited to southeast Asia. However, because temperatures were colder in Asia in glacal periods than they are now, it is very likely that their distribution in those times was far less northerly than that reflected in this graph. Whoever made these carvings of cobras on a mammoth tusk plate in Siberia may have lived as far south as Indonesia, at some point in his or her life, or had relatives that did.

On the basis of physical evidence alone, it is tenable that Ancient North Eurasians were originally Southeast Asian. We must therefore consider that they split from modern human populations that had already been living there. That population would likely be an ancient Negrito-like form. Unfortunately there is very limited information available about Negrito genetics and there has yet to be a comprehensive investigation to their ties to Ancient North Eurasians. There may however be two factors we can deduce information from: Neanderthals and Denisovans.

Negroids and Negritoids have little to no Neanderthal and Denisovan admixture. Neanderthals and Denisovans had no Negroid or Negitoid admixture, and levels of Neanderthal and Denisovan DNA can be used as inverse proxies for Negroid and Negritoid admixture in non-Africans. The greater the Negroid/Negritoid admixture in a given population, the more likely that populations Neanderthal/Denisovan admixture will be reduced relative to what it was prior to admixture.

This principle, of using archaic human admixture to deduce admixture within modern human populations, has proven useful. It has been successfully used to predict New Guinean admixture in Oceania. (https://books.google.com/books?id=VAb9CgAAQBAJ&pg=PA54&lpg=PA54) In Oceania, Denisovan admixture correlates with New Guinean admixture. Populations in Oceania who lack Denisovan admixture, such as Andaman Islanders, also lack New Guinean modern human admixture.

ANE admixture correlates with lower Neanderthal admixture in every part of the world. In populations where Neanderthal admixture is lower than in other populations of a given region, ANE is the common denominator. The highest levels of ANE admixture in West Eurasia are found in Armenians, Chechens, and other Caucasian populations. The highest levels of ANE in the Americas are found in southerly North American and South American indigenous populations, including Maya and Karitiana.

The Neanderthal autosomal admixture for Armenians, Chechens and Iranians is 1.077%, 1.019% and 0.968%, respectively. This is below average for non-Africans and only one step above more southerly, Negroid admixed populations such as Bedouins. The Neanderthal autosomal admixture for Maya and Piapoco are 1.386% and 1.318%, respectively. Compare this to the 1.500% and 1.677% for Eskimos and Chipewyans. The northern Native Americans have fewer ANE components than the southerly Amerindians.

http://i.imgur.com/9LF7e3p.jpg

The East Asians with more ANE admixture (Mongolians) generally have less Neanderthal admixture than those without it (Korean, Han). Within Europe, we find that populations with higher ANE ancestry score lower in Neanderthal admixture than those with less. However, the correlation isn't as strong as in other regions. We have to remember that WHG, and very likely Basal Eurasian, have comparable deleterious effects on Neanderthal ancestry. This is because WHG has a low level of relatedness to Mbuti Pygmies, and Basal Eurasian is heavily intertwined with Negro ancestry. They therefore have the same functional effect as the Negrito ANE. This is also why some of the earlier flawed publications detected a link between WHG and ANE, even though it is now clear that they are unrelated.

Well then, we now have a better understanding of ANE admixture and the things it does to your body. ANE is Negroid admixture and it lowers your Neanderthal DNA. It likely branched off from Negrito people living in Oceania who managed to dick-dodge the killer Denisovan and Neanderthal scourge (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lyL9yh1Cnuc&t=3m37s) that crossed over Wallace's line and obliterated the ancient Papuans and Australians, like Jason Voorhees at a Pokeman festival.

I rest my case. If you take issue with anything I've said here, I encourage you to step up to the plate and put your money where your mouth is.

What's the importance of the 'estimates across X chromosome'?

Greeks have low Neanderthal admixture because we have 'Basal' and 'WHG' and some 'ANE' supposedly. But 'across X chromosome' is high. What does that mean?

The Neanderthal autosomal admixture for Armenians, Chechens and Iranians is 1.077%, 1.019% and 0.968%, respectively. This is below average for non-Africans and only one step above more southerly, Negroid admixed populations such as Bedouins.

Table S2 taken from Sankararaman ‎et al. (2016) also shows that Neandertal admixture proportions for the French and English are 1.023% and 1.085%, respectively. Any figures slightly above 1% may be just a European average, while Iranians do have significant African admixture as haplogroup E is present in 10% of Iranians, which may be why it's below 1%. The proportion of ANE ancestry is up to 29% in the Caucasus and ANE ancestry is inferred to be present in nearly all Europeans today with a maximum of 20%.

The ANE people have Mal'ta (MA-1) ancestry and the Mal’ta boy from central Siberia is closely related to Kostenki 14 (K14). Seguin-Orlando et al. (2014) found that Kostenki 14 contains more Neandertal DNA that is contained in modern Europeans with an estimated 2.4 ± 0.4% in K14, due to the effects of additional Neandertal admixture. The Mal'ta (MA-1) sample belongs to Y-haplogroup R and mtDNA haplogroup U, which are typical West Eurasian haplogroups. Figure 4 (A) from the Cambridge study further shows that the Mal'ta (MA-1) sample's Neandertal admixture proportion is slightly higher than modern Europeans (1.8 ± 0.4%).

Figure 4. (A) Neandertal admixture proportions for the modern and ancient individuals from Eurasia. (B) Ancestry tract length distribution for tracts identified as Neandertal through a sliding window approach. The sites are ascertained to be ancestral in the African populations. For each non-African, the tracts are identified as the regions where sites are derived in Neandertal and the individual shown in X. (C) The longest “Neandertal haplotype” identified in K14 through a sliding window approach. Individuals were clustered using hierarchical clustering on the genotype matrix for the region. Missing data is shown in white, grey indicates homozygous ancestral, blue heterozygote and black homozygous derived.

The origin of contemporary Europeans remains contentious. We obtain a genome sequence from Kostenki 14 in European Russia dating to 38,700-36,200 years ago, one of the oldest fossils of Anatomically Modern Humans from Europe. We find that K14 shares a close ancestry with the 24,000 year old Mal’ta boy from central Siberia, European Mesolithic hunter-gatherers, some contemporary western Siberians and many Europeans, but not eastern Asians. Additionally, the Kostenki 14 genome shows evidence of shared ancestry with a population basal to all Eurasians that also relates to later European Neolithic farmers. We find that Kostenki 14 contains more Neandertal DNA that is contained in longer tracts than present Europeans. Our findings reveal the timing of divergence of western Eurasians and East Asians to be >36,200 years ago, and that European genomic structure today dates back to the Upper Paleolithic and derives from a meta-population that at times stretched from Europe to central Asia.

The length of Neandertal tracts was higher in K14 than in other ancient individuals, with the longest tract totaling ~3Mb on chromosome 6 (Figure 4C). This is consistent with K14 being closer to the time of the admixture event with Neandertals, and carrying longer archaic tracts that have been affected by less recombination, than in the other ~11-30,000 year old younger ancient genomes. We then used the length distribution of shared ancestry to estimate the admixture time of Neandertals and humans based on the K14 sample, and obtained an estimate of approximately 54K years (S15). We note that genomic data from a 45,000-year-old modern human from Siberia, which was published during the review process of this study, also shows longer segments of Neanderthal ancestry, further supporting our conclusions (40). Because of the divergent position of the K14 sample, we also examined if it contained any fragments of introgressed DNA from other previously un-sampled hominins.

Kostenski didn't have more Neanderthal DNA than modern Europeans, he had larger MB portions of it because it had been relatively recently inherited. His actual percentage was not higher. The fossil with the most Neanderthal DNA ever found is Oase 1, who was unrelated to the Kostenki-Mal'ta clade. His Neanderthal DNA was 8-12%. He was also found to be East Asian shifted: Haplogroup R Is a North Asian, not West Eurasian haplogroup.

Modern Europeans don't seem to be particularly related to the population of Oase1. After one substracts contamination and Neandertal admixture, what is left over is actually closer to East Asians than modern Europeans. But, it's equally close to East Asians and European hunter-gatherers. This can be explained if modern Europeans have ancestry from the mysterious "Basal Eurasians" via the Neolithic farmers.

It definitely may as well be.

The next set of Jim Crow or Nuremberg Laws need to account for ANE.

I say it's 1/3 ASE, 1/3 paleo Siberian, 1/3 proto WHG. So definetly some ancient nig nog in there. Enough to have a deleterious effect on Neanderthal admix, though WHG has too, for different reasons.

I think proto Siberian and ASE is the same thing, early ANEs was pure WHGs I believe

so, ANEs was ASE/WHG mix

Probably truth to this, see this I found: http://s1.zetaboards.com/anthroscape/topic/5354640/1/

'MA1' is Ancient-North-Eurasian. Unlike any other of the groups (Loschbour, Stuttgart, Motala) they show affinity with Papuans. This probably explains everything you have talked about.

I suppose in some way Europeans can say we are a bit related to Papuans via Ancient-North-Eurasians.

They aren't though, really. This admixture does not exist in europe very much at all, just east and southeast of europe.

That is one more reason yamnaya crap is pure BS. The 'yamnaya' component is just some HG plus ANE. They only use it because there is only very low ANE in most of europe and this harms their theory.
