It's a stock image with generic specifications. That pic comes from Corbis and was published in an article about Italy but I doubt that they are Italians. Anyone (press, companies, organizations, individuals, even a restaurant) can buy that pic paying very little, use it and labelling the pic as he wants.

I will say though I think Albanians look distinct. They don't look Levantine but I definitely could tell 90% of them from Sicilians, just like I can tell Epirote Greeks.

they are not . the skin tone is also so different that they cant pass (otherwise they would)
and not every person in a muslim country has to fear an attack by some muslim extremist lol , the lebanon is known for being one of the most "free" middle eastern country.
