I don't think light hair exists in Arabia, but light eyes can be found in rare cases (as in South Asia too, in fact). Although North Africans do have some individuals who are much lighter than the stereotypical 'brown MENA' look, at the same time they also have even more SSA admixture than do Arabians - 15-25% compared to 10-15%.

I doubt she has any, i ve seen some Kabyle looking like that all my life, of course they are not the majority but they really exist. People only see the raw SSA in genetics but mideasterns are in reality as much if not more influenced than these groups, and it's likely much more recent.

No sir, you got it all wrong. Unmixed berbers are by far the lightest and more europoid looking among all MENA populations (excluding the Caucasus wich is arguably partly European). The question is that north Africa absorbed huge amounts of arab and negroid blood since the muslim expansion and the Arab slave trade (18 million people trafficked), but you can still find some pockets of relatively unmixed north-africans.

I don't know Kabyles so well, so I shouldn't comment, but this should mean something, 1 million to 1.25 million white Christian Europeans enslaved in North Africa cannot be completely disapperead. The President of Tunisia, Beji Caid Essebsi, is of Sardinian origin.

Light brown counts for blondism also, you must hang around ethnic enclaves or something, when i was in school there was always 2 or 3 blondes per each class and a few more with light brown. Around 20-25 students per class.

I assure you i can, if i could i would post a picture of one of my neighbour who has the same kind of face, there s a fringe of Kabyles who regularly look like that, just not to that extreme. I ve seen millions so that may help. Boursas and Zidane kinda look alike too, same type of skull, he is more "CM" but have the same recognizable features to me, probably close to what ancient N.African looked like (Mechta-Afalou)
