I used to be a non-drinker but I changed.

I'm not a heavy drinker. I just drink a glass of wine once in a while. Studies show that red wine prolongs lifespan. It has a lot of health benefits.

I don't drink anymore. Actually I just quit recently, completely. Before that, I used to have about 3-4 drinks a weekend on average. I may still have a glass of wine with dinner, but only one and not so often. I just felt growing up around Louisiana partying my whole life where people love to have drinks, I just had enough of it. Same how I quit smoking in 2014. It's better for my health actually. Now I get high on life.

Ik I hate the taste of alcohol but the high is amazing. Im genetically predisposed to alcohol I think. Its one of my drugs of choice. The feeling is much better than weed imo theres no anxiety with drinking and plus its a cool drug I mean alcohol is pretty badass plus its the oldest recreational drug

I live in Colorado and can legally procure cannabis with the same facility as going to a grocery store, so now I ingest (brownies + vaporizing) cannabis ~ 4x a week, and drink ~ 1-2 units of alcohol a week. I usually only have 1 Bloody Mary with brunch on Sundays.

Brownies/gummies and vaping is the way to go. Much safer and easy on the system than alcohol.
