We dont know the phenotype of the original Phoenicians. I didnot see any reconstruction of any ancient Phoenician as a result of his/her skull and the whole DNA yet.
We should remember, that Levante and the eastern coast of Med Sea (today Turkey) was the area of the population of Canaan. Mostly E1b1b descendants - they came from North Africa long time ago (20.000 - 12.000 years BP).
I guess the Canaanites had predominantly NA phenotype. And the Phoenicians had been descendants of the Canaanites.
I dont know the whole mixture of Lebanon phenotype, but the forists posted a lot of South European examples. What is true? I guess the Lebanese are as mixed as the Central European mix population. You can find almost every Phenotype from MED, Black Sea, Caucasus und Semitic Orient.

No they are not
Hebrews and Phoenicians were two different people though both Semites and probably reasonably close related to one another.
Its more reasonable to assume that Jews have Phoenician ancestry as well which they share with other populations of todays Levant

Nobody knows the exact origin of Hebrews. But partially descended from Canaanites, most likely, and the Canaanites are also most likely the ancestors of the Phoenicians.

Phoenecians are Hellenic peoples who live in Lebanon, Northern Egypt, Marocco and Tunis.
Phoenecia is a Mediterranean region that encompass everything along coast from Lebanon to Tunis.
They had their own languages in early times like "Carthago" = which was their pra-ancient city-state that fought Rome.
Later they spoke Latin and Greek and were given the status of Roman Citizenship.
They are cousins of Greeks, therefore their Roman citizenship was valid.
They are completely unrelated to Semitic peoples (Arabs and Jews).
They are assimilated into Arab world.

The origin of Hebrews points to Mesopotamia an area between todays Turkey,Syria and Iraq.
The history of Hebrews as a people starts with Abraham who came from this area.
But other Semitic groups also claim to be descendet from Abraham.
The tribes of the Arabian peninsular claimed descendance from Ismael who was Abraham's second son.
