He looks kind of mixed. doesn't look like modern Euro. I doubt he would have blonde hair at upper paleo Europe

IMO not really, he looks quite tribal. To me he's kind of Austronesian looking but perhaps with some Siberian/East-Asian/Northeast-Asian admixture influence.
