Generally you are right in the sense that she looks nothing like these - classic Baltids with flat faces and foreheads, round eyes, rounded jaw, etc.:

However, when they say West Baltid, they mean something different from Baltids proper - a type similar to ancient East Cromagnid present among Scythians. Like this woman:

Paleta has similarity to her with additional East Nordid influence.
It is just that many terms sound similar but mean generally different things.
