Northern Italians are somewhat north. Euro influenced. Austrians aren't Germanic like Norwegians for example. Austrians look more like northern Italians, Hungarians, Croats, southern Germans than Scandinavians.

If Austrians arent Germanic then why do they speak German? Nobody considers Austria and Switzerland not Germanic

Racially Germanics are considered to be Scandos today and people similar. That's where they came from dude. There is no such thing as a "Germanic" race.
Even so, you cherrypicked these fans as the most northern Italians are 35-45% blue eyed. The same is true for northern Romanians, does not mean they're Germanic by any means. It's a linguistic group either way. Germanic races are generally considered to be races like borreby, faelid and nordic.
