Your example is clearly a Dinarid, nothing Pontid about him.
i suggest you stop making classification from now on, Pontid is the eastern Atlanto-Med variant, and he's clearly a eastern oriented of that phenotype.

Complete opposite of Dinarid as one could see from his skull shape, forehead type, eye shape, nose and etc. These are Dinarids:
