He is Sephardic with some possible Levant mix (Syria/Lebanon) . What would you classify

He looks Sicilian or Cypriot to me, but I know a minority of people from very peripheral Euro groups can pass in the Levant (and vice versa). Just his facial features don't look Levantine IMO
