Face structure (wide cheekbones, flat face, far spaced eyes) do not look southern Italian to me. I also don't think she really looks Iberian but people said that in the other thread.

You can't go so much by the face. Face structure varies through diet/lifestyle/epigenetics. I believe the skull always stays the same.

Hard to say if she looks more Sicilian (many Italians can have that kind of look) or as Dark Ukrainian.

She could pass in Iberia too, but I think she passes a bit better as Sicilian or as Dark Ukrainian, which makes sense, because Greece in between both geographic locations, and Iberia is farther away.

But I guess that she looks Greek, more than anything else.

Close but not the same, Spain is pretty big and some regions don't overlap as much. It would be more like comparing Ireland with England.
