Ordinarius professor Arsal studied in Kazan which was also his home place, Istanbul and Paris. He met great Russian writer Lev Tolstoy in 1901, reportedly Tolstoy touched his shoulder and called him Intelligent Tatar guy before they left each other. He was chosen in the Russian Duma and became leader of Russian Muslims in the parliament. After the Russian civil war kicked off, the Tatars and Bashkirs and Chuvashes created the Idel-Ural Republic, Arsal was chosen as the president of this republic. However, after Bolsheviks gained control of Russia he must flee to Paris where he teaches in the Sorbonn university. In 1925, Atatürk wrote him a letter inviting him to Turkey where he became his advisor and contributed greatly to the Rep. of Turkey. Atatürk made him MP until the end of his life.

Just as Vladimir Lenin and Alexander Kerensky he was from Ulyanovsk in Central Russia. He was the son of the elite Akçora family. He studied in Paris, Kazan and Istanbul. After the 1908 Ottoman revolution, he was one of the ideologs of the team rejecting that 'Türk, is Ottoman citizenship and emphasized the ethnic side. In 1918, he met Lenin and discussed a night long with him in Switzerland but couldnt agree and left each other in mutual respect. Yusuf Akçora was also the first publisher of Pan-Turkist manifesto. Atatürk liked him a lot and made a MP of him until the end of his life. They built together the cultural basis of the Rep. of Turkey.

He was university professor and published many scientific reviews in Turkey. He responded positively to Atatürk's request to work in the Turkish history society and Turkish language society. He contributed to the theories of Atatürk. He has important works on Tengrism.

Historian and Turcologist. He was also member of the Bashkortostan independence movement in exile. After he must leave Russia, despite calls from London, Paris universities he comes to Turkey. He also participated to the projects and studies of Atatürk about the history of Turks but in 1929 he had to leave Turkey because of different opinions with some other academics he had (about Sun Language Theory etc) but later he returned to Turkey.

Bashkorts are circa %30 East Eurasians in genetics. They are very close to Proto-Türks. Abdülkadir İnan looks like Himmler with some input from Japanese emperor.
