In Austria there is of course Hi, Hello(Hallo in german) and Guten Tag, Guten Morgen etc. Good Day, Good morning but a "traditional greeting" is Grüss Gott and means literally translated "Greet God" its quiete common in use and not seen as politically incorrect.

La bise!

It changes from one region to the other and varies according to the circumstances.

See this website to know how many "bises" you need to give. http://combiendebises.free.fr/

You basically put your cheek against someone else's cheek and make a kissing sound.

It is reserved for family members, close friends and unformal events. Otherwise you should simply shake hands.

Men do not usually kiss on the cheeks unless related or long-time friends. It is now becoming a new trend amongst sportsmen (like rugby players)

This awful 'Grüss Gott' sounds so politically incorrect towards my fellow Austrian atheists.

Dobré jitro / Dobré ráno - Good morning

It is used to but more often is just Dobrı den (Good Day)
