Off-topic:
Ok, 4% is not big.
"So for you sicilians/greeks/calabrese are not european?": Genetically it depends on individuals.
About Sicilian : some (i precise) have Levantine influence like 10/15% according some Dna results that i have see.
Objectively, I can not tell you how many people from Sicily have 10/15% of North African origin. On Internet, i have seen some DNA results (I precise: these DNA results are not representative of all the people of Sicily) of person with some Sicilians ancestry. It's more complicated !
Example, a guy with (according him) 25% from Sicily:

A guy from Messina (http://www.theapricity.com/forum/showthread.php?74723-Sicilian-Italian-and-Greek-23andme-AC-Results-(Speculative)-and-Haplogroups):

About Greek, i don't know.
It depends perhaps the corner of Greece?
It must be the same for Sicily? We must ask the people of Sicily.
But from the DNA results I've seen: the Sicilians may have very little (0/1/2/3%) or a lot of origin in Northern Africa; it depends on individuals. This is why it's complicated.
Off-topic off.
