i dont think so. this is the first time ive heard about this. they have ainuid and paleomongolid mix (ancient Siberian and Malayid) but not south asian.

I have seen some Japanese results scoring 5% south Asian. I think malayid influence is more in Okinawa islands well aniu is more in Hokkaido.
