Lapadula is an obvious foreigner, but Zappacosta is a exotic Italian only. I have a friend who resembles him who is half Morrocan and half Norwegian. IMO Zappacosta looks like a Moroccan minus the SSA influence.

you should show all your half mena friends to the apricity anthrotards who think that out of a miracle all of half mena look full blooded european when the southernmost of european with minor mena input can look menaish for dominant genes

He's half-Moroccan so he looks North African med. Aquiline thin nose, long head, light brown skin, dark brown hair. He looks very much like the Cretan example given by Tacitus.
No, he does not look European, but it has also something to do with the fact that Moroccans are one of the least Euro looking modern Arabs. Probably would be different if he was half Lebanese or Syrian for example. He also has some berber blood as most Moroccans don't look med, but rather med-SSA mix look. He'd be exotic in Morocco, but more so in Europe.

He is not that foreign looking, and he could pass also in Crete and probably even in Naples.

I thought Abruzzo is considered central.
Abruzzo (pronounced [aˈbruttso]) is a region of Italy in Southern Italy, with an area of 10,763 square km (4,156 sq mi) and a population of 1.3 million. Its western border lies 80 km (50 mi) east of Rome. The region is divided into the four provinces of L'Aquila, Teramo, Pescara, and Chieti. Abruzzo borders the region of Marche to the north, Lazio to the west and south-west, Molise to the south-east, and the Adriatic Sea to the east. Geographically, Abruzzo is divided into a mountainous area to the west, which includes the Gran Sasso D'italia, and a coastal area to the east with beaches on the Adriatic sea. Abruzzo is considered culturally, linguistically, and historically a region of Southern Italy, although geographically it may also be considered central.[3] The Italian Statistical Authority (ISTAT) deems it to be part of Southern Italy, partially because of Abruzzo's historic association with the Kingdom of the Two Sicilies.[3]
