You're right, because he's Estonian.

looks like footballer Henri Anier, probably it's him. looks like a Germanic/Slavic blend, leaning towards Germanic more, maybe. I don't see any Finnic in him, he has no Finnic vibe. look at Mikka Hakkinen or Pavel Ignatovich for Finnic looks:

btw, Estonians are much more Germanic-influenced in looks than Finns

He isn't. His name is Brent Lepistu. Another pic

His look is very common in western Finland. You don't know shit if you think your average Finn looks like Häkkinen. Typical internet expert.

Better in Norway imo.

Equally fits in both countries, in my impression.

man, I was referring to Finnic/Uralic look, not how Finns look, since Finns are mixed with Swedes, of course he passes, like many other looks. also, Estonians did look to me more Scando-influenced on average than Finns, but I didn't visit Western Finland. seeing this guy in the OP I'd automatically think of Russia-Estonia-Finland-Norway

Yeah, but to me it seemed like you made your phrase as if all Finns had this "Finnic" look like Häkkinen has... Its rather a look inherited from the ancient Uralic population, and a whole lot of Finns are completely missing that element (pred. West).
The guy in question here has the phenotype I see on almost daily basis around my area (northwest). Typical nordid/balto-CM type I witness almost every time while grocery shopping... etc. Some of my relatives have this look a lot also.
