Most likely haplogroup of Abraham? If let's say we knew for sure he existed and came from present day Ur, Iraq, what haplogroup would he likely have belonged to? We know that Arabians and Jews mostly fall in the J1.147 snp haplogroup so I would imagine Abraham was likely j1c3 (J1-p58)... or maybe even J1.147

Hey oblivion, it's really been a while. While the existence of Abraham and other historical figures from the bible most likely are mythological, he would most likely belong to the J1e haplogroup or the E haplogroup that is commonly found among the Egyptians, East Africans, the people of the red sea and etc.

Do you think he would be j1-p58 or j1.147 like the modern day jews and arabs>?

Abraham is considered to be the father of Jews and Arabs in biblical and Quranic traditions, so it's very likely that he belongs to the J1-P58, yes.

And how can you be sure, that it is a fairy tale's character?
Did you have some revelation, or you know all bediuns who
lived 4000 +/- 300 years ago? Where did you get that news?

I am asking because my father's line is the grandfather of all arabs and jews so that is why im thinking that if Abraham did exist..it's very possible that we share the same paternal line.

Abraham was E M123

Kamal900

What about E1b1b1c?

Copts are genetically the closest to Arabians(Northern Arabians), Southern Levantines(Palestinians and Jordanians) and middle easterners in general than to Berbers and other North Africans, so there is a possibility that he may have belonged to such haplogroup.

What about E1b1b1c?

He cant be, becasue:

1. E was a hg of Ham, but Abraham was a relative to Shemites, so obviously, he cant me E.
2. He was a chaldean from Sumeria (which has today 81% of J1)
3. he was eventually from northern Mesopotamia - present day turkey.

He has his pedigree.
He cannot be anything.

Fictional one - of course can be abything.

The normal one - not.

He definitly cannot be E and R, and any african of far asian hg.

But especially E and R, becasue his pedigree excluded these two precisly.

Ok, but the Abraham which is known to us,
was a Shemite, so he cannot be E or R,
becasue the same text exclude them both
verbaly and directly. Can you understand
such simple fact? Only a fictional Abraham,
if you imagine him, can be E or R, but we
are talking about concretic Abraham, which
is known to us from the same source which
exclude these two guys hidden ynder letters
E and R. It is so hard to you to get it?

2000BC people were not rootless barbarians like you, but they knew their provenance.

Is it really so hard to read one page in the Book, insteed of talking a bullshit?

2000 BC, right in the Bronze age, all haplo lines had already heavily mixed together, and long way before that anyway, which means you couldn't tell more who was E, J or R (not that it would have been easy before), just like today there s no way anyone can tell say a Syrian is J, E or R. Stick that into in the pinhead that serves you as a brain.

Obviously you don;t. If you would, you would
write like sovietic bastard from orfanage.

But Abraham didn't know according to you,
you know better than he where he was from,
even not reading his story and being familiar
with genealogies which are in the same book.

If this is not imbecilic delirium, then what is?

no one needs you stupid hg tribe delirium you fucking imbecile.

Samaritians are mostly non-Israelites at all. :picard2:

And they are totaly not representative even for
ancient Samaritians, becasue they were something
