first you will receive the kit (takes about 2 weeks) then once the lab has your sample they will give you an estimated date . for me the whole process , from order to results, took a bit less than two months.

If they have your sample already , you will probably get a batch next Wednesday, telling you when you're gonna receive your results.

they batch the product the first Wednesday after you order . anyways, it won't take more than a month IMO.

None in NZ. 4 in Aust. Large numbers in the States. A fair number in the UK. But all 4th and 5th at best.
