Can you maybe explay how their algorithm works?

Its pretty accurate, especially the eye color prediction

For eye color I think similar to Gedmatch, they look for snps in genome responsible for it. It's pretty easy. If you have more those which code light color you are predicted light eyed.
Then your result is compared to rest users on this diagram.
