I've noticed recently that many members are double posting or spaming a few same threads at once.
The way to overcome this is very simple,if you click to post in a thread or make a new thread and it gives you some error below the button or the forum freezes,do not click multiple times the post button or refresh the page,just go to the main index and your post will be made.
If you try to click attack the post button after you get an error or a freeze you will spam multiple posts/threads,and its very annoying for us to have to clean them up.
