The population of Sub-Saharan Africa was 800 million in 2007. The current growth rate is 2.3%. The UN predicts for the region a population between 1.5 and 2 billion by 2050 with a population density of 80 per km2 compared to 170 for Western Europe, 140 for Asia and 30 for the Americas.

Sub-Saharan African countries top the list of countries and territories by fertility rate with 40 of the highest 50, all with TFR greater than 4 in 2008. All are above the world average except South Africa and Seychelles. More than 40% of the population in sub-Saharan countries is younger than 15 years old, as well as in Sudan, with the exception of South Africa.

Imagine 2 Billion starving persons in backward tribalistic countries like Angola, Uganda, Senegal, Mozambique, Ethiopian, Somalia wanting better standard of living then they have at that moment.

Now imagine just 20% (much bigger probably) of those 2 Billion individuals wanting and doing everything to migrate to other regions of the World ( Western Europe, Asia and North America mainly).

I think they should move to South and North America which have plenty of habitable uninhabited land. Europe is crowded as fuck except for Russia and some countries like Sweden or Finland. Asia is also overpopulated, the Arab countries have a limited supply of water and agricultural resources. It's the New world that will have to take the extra number of Africans who feel the need to emigrate.

Imagine what Africa would be if Europeans had colonized the whole continent and replaced the population with Euro descendants. There would be a giant, futuristic economy. The wealth and technological advancement would be limitless. Gold, diamonds, precious metals, Lebensraum, etc.

I don't think curing world hunger is a good thing. Food surplus' have a direct link to population growth which creates a strain on the environment. Better to institute a world wide 2 child policy.

Africa has more than enough resources to support their population growth. All they need is strongman dictators for life to maintain order. The only way Africa functions is under a warlord who is the only guy with an IQ of 130. He then has 30-50 lieutenants with IQs of 115-120. Then there's about 1000-2000 100 IQ blacks who keep everything running. Then there's millions of 80 IQ blacks running around and ruining everything. If the top 1% of blacks turned and obliterated the bottom 60-70% of blacks or a disease came along and did that, Africa might be able to get shit done. But that will never happen so Africa will constantly be decaying back to its tribal roots.

Anyway, these graphs always assume the growth will continue as it has. I mean, according to some US politicians the world will end in 12 years. But I think they will expand to the limit of their food supply as Japanese foreign aid organisations have noticed and published reports back in Japan. It's why allowing African migrations into Japan to alleviate overcrowding in Africa is unworkable. It's because the Africans will irresponsibly expand their population to the limit again the next year, thus it will be a never-ending expansion.
