Wiki France: "Henry-Bertrand-Marie-Armand of Lesquen du Plessis-Casso comes from an old family of the Breton nobility. Of Hispanic origin by his maternal grandmother, Camille Medinan, he is the son of Brigadier General Pierre de Lesquen du Plessis-Casso, a former student of the Ecole Polytechnique (promotion 1923), commander of the 31st Engineer Regiment in Port -Lyautey (today Kénitra) in Morocco under French protectorate, and Anne-Marie Huon of Kermadec. His parents lived in Versailles and the castle of Échauffour in the Orne."

Looks like a darker Norid. Atlantid/Dinarid mix i believe.

Keltic Nordid.

He gave me the impression of a darker KN but at the same time some of his features are off for KN or even Baskid. Very sloping forehead, not that common among those types, i believe he has extra-dinarid infleunce.

I believe he has extra-dinarid influence.
Could be. In any case, he isn't a textbook Norid (probably additional Nordid/Atlanto-Nordid strain in him) and would be rare in Balkans while Norids are generally relatively common here.

Actually, Coon stated that the Keltic Nordic type is differentiated from the Hallstat by having a more sloping forehead, longer nose, lower vault, a rounded shape to the vault when viewed from the front, and can have darker hair. This guy seems to fit that type fairly well.

Possibly, i just find the sloping of his forehead a bit off from what is usual in most KN's we see. But maybe is just my impression.

He's as light as they come, what's dark about him?

Well, Norids are typically blond/blondish. That man as intermediate pigmentation factors (light skin of course).

He is mostly Keltic Nordid I think. His maternal grandmother was Guatemalese, it's perhaps what give him this "darker" look.
