Plisson is a widesread French second name.
Porical is 100% Spanish (or Spanish Catalan)..

His surname is native to the Perpignan area, where he comes from.

A minority of fully native French people can be pretty dark and Med-looking. This notion that the French are no different from other Northern Euros such as the British and the Germans is one of the worst misconceptions on anthrofora.

He is rare, but not entirely unknown. But more 'mild' Med types like Jean Dujardin and Francois Hollande are very common.
