Hard to tell,Brazil is a very distinctive country...I'd say it is one of these countries:Uruguay,Argentina,Venezuela,Colombia or Portugal.I think Portugal takes the post anyway due to the language.

Croatia to northern Serbia, Bulgaria to southeastern/eastern Serbia, and Montenegro and Bosnia (Republic of Srpska (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Republika_Srpska)) to central/western Serbia.

Spain:

Portugal, Argentina, and Uruguay (culturally and racially); Chile, Cuba, Puerto Rico, Costa Rica, Colombia (mostly its Andean interior), and Paraguay, (culturally and racially to some extent: strong Spanish component in their overall racial makeup); Other Latin American countries have also a strong connection with Spain, but more cultural than racial (many of them have some important Spanish input in their overall racial make up, but not that high as as in the former, though they have important minorities of full Spanish or mostly Spanish descent people).

Venezuela:

Culturally speaking: Colombia and Puerto Rico. And to some extent Brazil, Cuba, Dominican Republic and Panama. It also shares strong cultural ties with the rest of Latin America, though.
Racially speaking: Puerto Rico, Colombia and Brazil.
Most white Venezuelans have strong ties with Spain, Italy or Portugal (depending of the background of their parents/grand parents).

United States: Canada, followed by UK, Ireland, Australia and New Zealand (without specific order).

United States: Canada, followed by UK, Ireland, Australia and New Zealand (without specific order).Come on, culturally speaking we don't have anything in common with most of the countries of Latin America. Only with Argentina, Uruguay and Chile. The rest of the countries have a strong amerindian way of live and traditions. We only share with them the language.

In Europe maybe Portugal but even with them we have some differences. So my final choice is Andorra.

Yeah, it wouldn't be Mexica, right?

I don't think so.

It depends actually on the region.

The West is kind of more similar to Mexico, or it was in the Old West days.

Where I live it isn't much different from Anglo-speaking Canada, though.

Ok, now a little bit more seriously.

West and North: Germany
South-West: Czech Republic
South-East: Slovakia and Ukraine
East: Belarus and Ukraine
North-East: Belarus and Lithuania

More or less that's how I'd describe these similarities. I doubt if there is any country similar "in general", it's more divided regionally. And it's just my first idea, without putting much effort in thinking.

Lol, if you think Cuba, Puerto Rico and Argentina are not similar to Brazil, let's imagine Angola, Guinea Bissau and Mozambique. They are very different. I have never been to Subsaharan Africa, but I have some colleagues from West Africa and Angola, and they think Brazil is very different to their countries.

For Czechia - mainly Slovakia for the decades of common history.
But genereally in some level also another neighbour countries: Austria, Germany, Poland but it depends on region.
Eastern Moravia (Moravian Slovakia (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Moravian_Slovakia), Moravian Wallachia (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Moravian_Wallachia)) is closer to Slovakia (respective its western parts), than another regions of Czech country.
Southernmost Moravia (area between the towns of Znojmo (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Znojmo)and Mikulov (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mikulov)) looks inluenced by neighbour Lower Austria (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lower_Austria).
Southwestern Bohemia (Bohemian Forest (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bohemian_Forest), and areas to west from the town of Plzeň (Pilsen) (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Plze%C5%88) etc.) looks inluenced by neighbour Bavaria (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bavaria).
Czech Silesia (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Czech_Silesia) (especially its eastern parts) cannot deny its ties with the Polish Silesia
