I don't usually picture Alpines to be so dark-pigmented and fat-nosed as him.

Anyway his nose is fleshy but not armenized or something so i don't see the exoticness you mentioned...maybe he's atypical for the UK but not more than that.

His swarthyness and hair texture/eye color is quite similar.
