What simple things make you realize a woman is intelligent?

Obviously if someone is a nueroscience major at an Ivy League school you would assume she's intelligent, I mean more everyday type things that made you go "Wow she's smart". A book she had laying around, a topic she knew about, ect.

I can think of only 4 at the moment.

1. She knows and has an opinion about political matters.

2. She corrects you if you make a mistake on something you're talking about, even if it's minor (obviously there are exceptions, I wouldn't give a shit if she corrected me about the Kardashians for example, nor would I think she's intelligent, quite the opposite actually).

3. She knows about and is interested in history, culture, art, the sciences etc.

4. This one is indirectly related to intelligence, meaning they seem to correlate. She is confident, proud of herself and not insecure.

Intelligence in women is about maturity, a lot more so than it is for men in my experience. Perhaps men are inherently more mature, or something else.

Women who are capable of seeing things beyond her own perspective and own immediate interest and feelings are the most intelligent, and also the most attractive personality-wise. Most women are incapable of seeing beyond the tip of their nose, so it's enticing when a woman stands out as someone different.
