He's an English actor from Exeter, Devon, England. i'm having trouble telling whether he's North Atlantid or Keltic Nordid.

Hell, I have the same problem: whether he is Keltic- or North-Atlantid. My final choice would be: predominantly North-Atlantid with Keltic-Nordid influence.

Some said North Atlantid are basically mixed of Keltic Nordid and Atlanto-Med and some said North Atlantid are mixed of Scando-Nordid and Med so i think North Atlantid fit him well, right ? He is what i consider a dark Keltic Nordid.

He does have some keltic influence. He's on of those "roman" brits, who could play in a soap opera about roman times, or history channel remakes about pompei and the senate.
