Spaniards for the first sample and french for the second one. Some of them remind me a bit some members of my septimanian family (second sample).

But it's obvious not because of ethnicity itself but because of style differences and photo quality (we all know that lookings is pretty important for Frenchs^^).

there's quite some overlap between them but the french group has more light eyed individuals which might be partly due to those individuals having origins in Normandy or Wallonia and suchlike, something that is totally irrelevant to Artabruh with his borderline semi-autistic trolling.

Wrong bud, nordid elements in France isn't exclusive to Normandy or the north. The vikings might not have gone down to the south but remember France is named after the Franks, a germanic tribe, who settled all over France and mixed with the original celtic gauls.

in fact I said they might be. there isn't a sharp difference between the South of France and the North of Spain so any stark contrast between the two groups (more than geography suggests) can be easily explained by internal migrations from North to South of the country. but it's not case of this two selections.
stretching the natural differences between South France and North Spain makes my OWD radar pinging strong.

I agree. Southern French, as a group, are easily distinguished from Iberians, Italians and other mediterranean people. Southern French are more northern shifted.

The first guy in the first group looks too Spanish in an annoying Castilian way. Could never be ethnic French. 1st Spanish, 2nd French. I even didn’t have to look at the others to know.
