I would guess her to be maybe 25-30% African but not half, definitely.
It is interesting that the Black parent is her father - usually (or is it just my impression?) children display stronger African traits when the father has SSA ancestry.

It literally doesn't make a difference what parent is SSA. I've seen a lot of half black people/children, having lived in NYC.

I would not think she was white. I would however think Jennifer Beals, who is half African American, was white.
