To put it bluntly-what a load of crap. I uploaded a file on the 16th and then clicked for a compatibility check. It says it takes 10 minutes but may take longer if they are busy. After the check you can buy one of their products. I'm still waiting.
Being an ancestry junkie I had wanted to do the test despite hearing some negative things about the results.
I opened a ticket . Only trouble is I can't check the status as typing in my email address and ticket number gives an "access denied" error message. This is no doubt because although logged into the main site when I go to the support page it says "Guest user" at the top with a log in link that just redirects me back to the same page.
I have emailed their support address twice and got no reply.

Either the service is incredibly shoddy or they have gone out of business and failed to close the site.
