How Australoid are Southeast Asians?

Australoid admixture can be anything ranging from negrito, veddoid, papuan, australian aboriginal..Basically anything predating mongoloid migrations into SE Asia

the s_indian on calcs like eurasia chg and puntdnal k15 as you posted are not the same as the south indian or ancient south eurasian component like in eurasia k9 and ANE K6 because they have west eurasian in it too . thats why I asked for k9 and k6 because there you can see the pure onge/australoid stuff

odd that you get 8% on A6 though which is almost double as what you get on K9

So it's probably either 4.55% or 8.0%.. Well 8% seems decently sizable.

I hope FTDNA has an update in the future for their most recent 'AncientOrigins' ethnicity prog for further breakdown of the East Eurasian component and other non-euro components, which I heard is in the works.

But still gedmatch calculators currently seem to be the best out there for very fine-grained admixture analysis with higher K's and such I think.

East Timor and parts of Eastern Indonesia past the Wallace Line such as East Nusa Tengarra,Maluku,and obviously West Papua are blatantly Australoid admixed.I have made multiple threads with DNA results from Moluccan and Timorese people.My Ambonese mother is literally almost 50 percent Melanesian on Ancestry,I'm half Ashkenazi and I'm still 20 percent Melanesian.Both me and her genetically show up as around 55 percent Austronesian and 45 percent Melanesian from Moluccan ancestry.
