They are more or less close (or rather, equidistant to) all Greeks and southern Italians.

Sicilian Center is a Caltanissetta/Enna sample which is closest of the Sicilians, probably signaling a high retention of West Asian Neolithic.

Do you have the kit no? I believe that MDLP k23b is not a good calc.

Must be from Aegean Coast. Inner Anatolia was closest to Cypriots.

i dont remember which kit it was. i think this is also chalcolithic anatolia, but not sure if its the one in OP :M536324

They are similar to Cypriots, they overlap withm them on PCA.

It's not the one you just posted. The one M536324 is more Caucasus influenced.

The pre-indo European Anatolian is somewhere between Caucasian populations (Georgians, Armenians) and Sardinians and is closest to Cypriots and some Greeks.

However the difference is greater than 10. So we can't say they're very close.
