Afro Brazilians are Bantu and Sudanese

the "Baiana dress" is due to their Sudanese influence for example

They have nothing to do with Sudan. The West African roots in Bahia are mostly Yoruba from Nigeria and Benin.

most brazilians on US are from Minas Gerais, she should be from there, but it is hard... She seems to be the stereotypical woman from Rio.

Sudan is in East Africa. The map you showed has some of the slaves coming from Benin.

Candomble is of Yoruba origin just like Santeria so Sikeliot's right

yes, there were many from Ghana too and other places but the most numerous came from Central Africa by way of Angola (jesus crist its right there man, its easier to get em from there to Brazil) and Angolans.

during this period the term "Sudanese" was more extended. the African tribes who inhabited the Sahel was called "Sudanese"

but places like Bahia and Maranhão, the African population had mainly origin in this region and not Central African/Bantu
