The majority of Albanians are E-V13, J2b2 and R1b, in that order. You're not necessarily non-Albanian if you don't have any of these haplogroups. Even in the case of R1a and I2a2 or whatever they call it today, I would argue that these were absorbed into the Albanian ethnos at the point where it was forming so it's pointless to regard anyone with one of those haplogroups as foreign. It doesn't make sense if we're going to be purists, because ultimately Albanian culture originates from IE culture and IEs weren't E-V13, J2b2 or R1b. There are exceptions where haplogroups are clearly of foreign origin and were absorbed before our ethnogenesis, however.

J2b and R1b in Albanians most likely is from Indo Europeans while Ev13 could of arrived much earlier

Already done that, iirc. Don't remember the results, though, but nothing interesting. Other than that, I'm not gonna waste money on anything related to genetics.
