Actually he looks more like dinaromorphic (in some aspects) Kurganoid with Cro-Magnon admixture than Norid proper + CM.
More like an ancient Scythian than Illyrian...
Facially and skull-wise he seems to be between the broader-headed Cromagnid (photo 1) and the more elongated and narrower-featured Corded type (skull on photo 2):
