I heard about this place. It's crazy for me.
I'am not a soft guy about cold. But -25 in the middle of the day is just too much. I don't get why people just don't go anywhere else.

Back on the time there were reasons that people live there. It was a step on the east. People must stop somewhere, so it brings some life to the city.
But now with planes, there aren't any interest.

Even the thought of living in places with temperatures that low below freezing point sends a shiver through me. I wouldn't ever want to live there. Gee... people often say that the British weather is 'bad' (I disagree with them) - it's currently 6 degrees where I am which is mild for winter time.

Next time someone complains about the British weather, I'll show them this page, and pictures of places with earthquakes, tornadoes, hurricanes, heatwaves, freezing weather, etc.

If it's 6 months of the year like this, yeah totally.
If it's -25 in the middle of the day, how many it is at night? I can't imagine the gaz bill to get a decent temperature in the house.

Where my mom lives, temp can go down to -55 mid day, not for 6 months but 3-4 max 5.
