Atlanto-Mediterranean + Dinaric. Probably a very common element in Bulgaria and Greece. Blade can you comment on that? How common is it IYO?

It's a very common look in Bulgaria - you are spot on, my friend.
I have seen many similar Greeks and agree with this part, too.
I could be wrong but it looks like he may have a lot of occiput projection judging off one particular photo. I'm with KS and agree Atlanto-Med + Dinaric. I like the Atlanto-Med listed first in this case.

You are not wrong. His occiput is evidently protruding.
Dinarization is presented in nose form (more evident when he got older) and additional facial robustness.
He is by no means Dinaric only.
