Out of these, most certainly philosophy, but I would not classify it as a subset of 'social studies', as although certain subfields of philosophy are related to human societies, most are not concerned with such stuff at all. Furthermore, methodology is completely different than in any other scientific field. The closest field of study to philosophy is actually mathematics (my field).
