None of those noses are Semito-Arabian. They are Mongoloid. The beak nose reaches highest frequencies in East Asians and Native Americans. The original Arabs had straight or concave noses (https://books.google.com/books?id=-fC1npmqi_MC&pg=PA333), but later got the semi-beak noses from the Hittites. The Hittites were fully Mongoloid. This is also where Armenoids got their brachycephaly from. You'll find this type of nose in the purest Mongoloid regions of China and Korea.

Also Arabs and Semites and others rarely have a perfect beak nose with a crscent-like nasal saddle and a harmonious arch. Their noses are often disharmoniously cragged, with sharply depressed nasions and low angles. You'll never find an Arab or Jew with a perfect beak nose like an Amerind or Asian.
