I don't think that's a human at all; it looks like a wax sculpture, as does just about every figure in that pic.

Reminds me of the Nganasan on the right, atleast in terms of the lack of forehead, other features look more normal.

Do you really believe that? Seems like people get unreasonably defensive when a contemporary Neanderthal is found.

I don't know what a "contemporary Neanderthal" is. The mere concept seems like a contradiction to me.

Take another look at the picture. Look closely at the eyes of the individual in question.
