It's a discontinued Ftdna product from several years ago. Or at least it's the old 'myOrigins' prog before it was renamed and assigned a different developer.

Developed by Dr Doug McDonald. The 'new' myOrigins is developed by Razib Khan. :)

74-75% Europe (Romania, Spain)
25-26% Southern Asia (Northindia, Southindia)
