I originally thought Alps region (North Italy, Austria, etc) down into Balkan countries. Someone posted him today as an example of a common Greek male look.

As the original poster of the photo I do think that this phenotype can be common among mainland Greeks.

He can certainly pass in the areas you mentioned but I don't think he would be considered typical for Austria.

My guess is he passes anywhere from Hungary/Slovenia/Slovakia southward.
