I believe this phenotype is more Atlantid (Nordid+Med) than Strandid (Alpinid) & linked to a neolithic people (similar to todays Basques & "Celts") pushed to the western edges of Europe (including Norway) by Indo-Europeans (originally Celts who imposed their language upon most &/or intermingled with them).
