they are a small community anyway less than 10.000 i think
the ones from Greece organize some festivals from time to time with the ones from Bulgaria or make trips to Gagauzia
most identify as Greeks now but they are proud of their non Greek roots

Fully Gagauz? Or half Gagauz half Greek?

Passing/looking is very subjective I suppose. IMO he could pass as Balkan but he doesn't look especially Balkan. He doesn't really look Slavic either. To the untrained eye he may look Slav but then again these same people probably think all brown people from Morocco to Bangladesh look alike. Let's agree to disagree.
