The actor I posted as an example of similar looks to the OP, is from Lazio, Central Italy.

You can find such types in the central part of the country and even further to the south.

Yes, but they didn't have pure Northern European features. Most of them look depigmented Mediterranean.

I agree. And the guy I posted, from central Italy, has nordic features similar to the actor of the OP.

As for the south, someone sometime ago posted a Sicilian rugby player. Almost all users (except you...) agreed that feature-wise he could pass in Ireland.
