Mediterran predominantly - but he looks strange for any European guy. Mix of different Ethnics: Neolithic & Pontid mix.

On my mind - he is Central American - Latino with South European roots.

B) He is Mediterran but exclusive Turks
C) He is not Turk and he is not Mediterran

Kıvanç Tatlıtuğ and Çağatay Ulusoy has Bosnian/k origin from mother or father, you are right :D (at least Çağatay looks like Turk)
But my Serenay Sarıkaya is only Turkish for now :p :D

We can classify many Turkish as mediterranean. Med, East-med, Turanid-Med, Armenoid-Med etc.
