Héctor Luis Palma Salazar (a.k.a.: "El Güero Palma") was born in Noria de Abajo, Mocorito, Sinaloa, Mexico in the mid 1940s. Where do you think he can pass?

Keltic Nordid + Alpinid

He can pass in Britain, Germany, & Northern France, he could also pass as Basque.

His last names are Palma & Salazar, so he probably is a mixture of Italian & Basque

I didn't know Palma is originally an Italian name, I thought it was Spanish.

Palma is one of these surnames that exist in both Spain and Italy.

Salazar has not clear origins. Some sources say it is Basque and others that Castilian https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Salazar_(surname)

Both of them exist here as well. Seems that Palma has the same southern prevalence in Portugal and Spain:

I agree. He actually gives me a Slavic vibe, especially a Balkan Slav. I've seen Serbs and Bulgarians who look similar to him.
