Not easy - he is Pan-European looking - Central European and Eastern European predominantly.

This is a phenotype of the northern part of Europe - north of the Alps, and the northern part of Russia.

The shape of his face is Mesolithic - but he does not look Mesolithic at all. He is IE with any ANE influence.
