it 's visibly lighter than the average indian skin. i have never said he doesnt pass in india but that this country isnt among the first i'd pick .

That's not really important, it's his features that places wel within the Pakistani range. I agree with milo. In contrast, look at this afghan boxer from London, his features are clearly different yet skin tone within range, although this one would be "white" and pak boxer "brown".
